Drive company vehicles to transport tents, tables, chairs and equipments to and from event locations.
Load and unload tents and event equipment safely.
Set up, install, secure, and dismantle tents according to company procedures and safety requirements.
Assemble and disassemble tables, chairs, canopies, and related event equipment as assigned.
Inspect tents, equipment, tools, and vehicles before and after use and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
Ensure equipment is properly secured during transportation.
Follow assigned delivery routes and arrive at job sites on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, warehouse, and work area.
Assist with cleaning, folding, storing, and organizing tents and equipment after events.
Follow workplace, driving, lifting, and job-site safety procedures.
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, coworkers, and event-site personnel.
Perform physical work, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment, working outdoors, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Perform other related delivery, installation, warehouse, and event setup duties as assigned.
